The Las Vegas Raiders are in the process of looking for their next head coach.
While plenty of big names could be in the running, fans might have some clarity on the situation thanks to Raiders insider Tashan Reed.
According to Reed, the Raiders currently have seven head-coaching candidates that they like.
Those candidates are Lions offensive coordinator Ben Johnson, Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn, Chiefs defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken, former Jets head coach Robert Saleh, former Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll, and Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph.

Four of these coaches have previous experience as a head coach (Spagnuolo, Saleh, Carroll, Joseph).
However, Johnson and Glenn seem to be the two hottest names right now, considering what they have done under head coach Dan Campbell’s leadership in Detroit.
Both have produced a top-10 unit and can impose their will at any point in any game on their side of the ball.
It will be interesting to see how much sway Raiders minority owner Tom Brady has in this process as he seeks to find the best possible head coach.
Whoever the team hires, it might be a bit of a process, considering the roster is all over the place, as are the struggles.
This team has the No. 6 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft because it only won four games this season.
Again, it is going to be a bit of a process.
