The Chicago Bears will need a new head coach this offseason.
This is not surprising, considering the team’s underperformance throughout the season, which resulted in the firing of former head coach Matt Eberflus.
There are plenty of intriguing head-coaching candidates, including former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel.
While Vrabel might receive considerable support in Chicago, Fox Sports’s Danny Parkins would not be a fan of the hire.
“I feel like we’ve overrated (Mike Vrabel)…I think this leader of men stuff is grossly overrated,” Parkins said Wednesday via The Herd.

The Tennessee Titans were put back on the map thanks to the job done by Vrabel in his six seasons in the Music City (2018-2023).
He guided the team to a winning record in four seasons, helped them win the AFC South twice, and even made the AFC Championship in 2019.
Vrabel also played 14 seasons in the league and won three Super Bowls with the New England Patriots.
Undoubtedly, the former defensive coordinator knows how to lead a locker room.
Hiring Vrabel would be wise if the Bears are looking to get back into the world of contention.
After all, this team needs a proven winner who knows what it’s like to be a player.
