The Tennesee Titans find themselves in a similar position that several other teams in the league are facing.
After a suboptimal season, the Titans elected to cut ties with GM Ran Carthon, leaving themselves with an opening in that position.
With this move, the Titans were part of a surprising trend this offseason, where teams would let go of a GM or head coach, but elect to keep the other.
Brian Callahan is still their head coach, and he and the team’s new GM will work together to help build up this team for the future.
The Titans have already started their search, as Turron Davenport highlighted on X.
Per Davenport, the Titans had an interview with Jon-Eric Sullivan from the Green Bay Packers, and he appears to be the clubhouse favorite at the moment.

Sullivan comes highly regarded, as someone who has had a great deal of success with developing players during his time with the Packers.
They might not want to lose him, given how much he’s helped the organization, but it appears that he’s getting a lot of love outside the building.
The Titans have struggled to develop players over the past few years, a direct correlation to their frustrations in the win column.
Sullivan just might be able to help them solve some of their issues, and considering he worked at a prestigious team like the Packers, the Titans might want to take a chance on him and see what he can do.
