On Friday, veteran right-hander Yu Darvish took the mound for the San Diego Padres as they opened up a weekend series with the Colorado Rockies.
The 36-year-old didn’t have his best outing, as he allowed four runs over 5.1 innings of work at Coors Field.
However, the Padres bats came alive, scoring nine runs and giving him enough support to earn the win.
With the win, Darvish achieved an important milestone.
It was the 100th win of his Major League career.
On Twitter, MLB on FOX posted a cool graphic featuring Darvish in every uniform he has worn during his career to celebrate his legendary accomplishment.

Darvish signed with the Texas Rangers out of Japan in 2012 and quickly became the team’s ace.
In 2017, he made a brief stop with the Los Angeles Dodgers and helped guide them to the World Series.
He then joined the Chicago Cubs and spent three seasons with the North Siders before a trade sent him to the San Diego Padres.
Darvish is now the second Japanese-born pitcher to reach 100 career wins.
In addition to his 100 wins, Darvish has a career ERA of 3.54 over the 254 games he has started.
He has also struck out 1,862 batters in over 1,557 innings of work.
The veteran right-hander wasn’t at his best in Colorado, but it was enough for him to achieve an important milestone.
It was also his fifth win of the season.
With the win, the Padres improved to 30-33 on the season and even gained a little ground in the Wild Card race, coming to within 3.5 games of the third and final spot.
