The 2024 NFL season has already provided a lot of highlight reel plays and unforgettable moments.
Teams across the league are only getting better with age, peaking at the right time to hopefully help their team make a deep run in the playoffs.
Two teams (the Kansas City Chiefs and Detroit Lions) haven’t played a game due to their bye weeks, but they are both looking to make a statement this weekend.
While fans are excited to see what their favorite teams will do on the field, a lot is going on off the field that should be mentioned.
For instance, as Dov Kleiman recently shared on X, there was a young Lions fan in a local hospital, chanting Jared Goff’s name as they got out of surgery.
A young #Lions fan is going viral for chanting "Jared Goff! Jared Goff!" fresh out of surgery, still on laughing gas.

Fans weren’t sure what they thought of Goff in the Matthew Stafford trade, but he’s quickly become a hometown favorite.
He was an MVP candidate at times during the regular season, and fans have latched onto him as someone to cheer for.
It’s go time for Goff and the Lions, especially knowing that they have the backing of this fan and that a Super Bowl ring would mean so much to them.
They only have two games to play until the Super Bowl, but as fans who have been around this league for long enough, two games can go by very quickly.
If Goff and his teammates can stay focused and play similarly to how they did during the regular season, there’s no reason to doubt that they can make it to the very end.
