“Seinfeld” is one of the most successful and famous sitcoms of all time in American television.
The series has direct roots to baseball and the New York Yankees, as one of the main characters, George Costanza, secured a role as the assistant to the traveling secretary for the team.
The team will have a cool giveaway night later in the year, and fans of the show will love it.
“Ruth, Gehrig, DiMaggio, Mantle… Costanza?!? Join us at Yankee Stadium on Friday, July 5 for Seinfeld Night! 1st 18,000 guests will receive a George Costanza Bobblehead,” the Yanks tweeted.

Friday, July 5 will be Seinfeld Night at Yankee Stadium.
The first 18,000 people in the stadium will get a George Costanza bobblehead, a nice piece to have around as a way to remember the night.
The Yankees hilariously mentioned the character’s name alongside team legends like Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Joe DiMaggio, and Mickey Mantle.
“Seinfeld,” which spanned for nine seasons and a total of 180 episodes from 1989 to 1998, has deep New York roots.
It will be a night to remember for people at Yankee Stadium, and we are sure the team has other things prepared for Seinfeld Night.
The Yanks won two World Series while the show was being aired, in 1996 and 1998.
We are sure George was proud during those days!
After 2009, things have been a bit harder for them.
Nevertheless, they put together a strong roster to compete in 2024, pairing Juan Soto (a trade acquisition) with Aaron Judge in the lineup.
If Gerrit Cole can come back from his elbow injury close to 100 percent (sometime in May or June), there is a chance the Yankees go all the way this year.
