The New York Yankees were able to survive Game 4 of the ALDS, staving off elimination with a 4-2 win over the Cleveland Guardians.
The series now returns to Yankee Stadium for Game 5 tonight.
The game will air on TBS and will get underway at 7:07 p.m. Eastern Time, with a trip to the ALCS on the line.
As the series wraps up where it started, Jose Trevino, New York’s standout new catcher, talked about what the Game 5 atmosphere might be like at Yankee Stadium.
Trevino made a reference to how Yankee Stadium is sometimes called “The Zoo,” and said that he was looking forward to the atmosphere being just like that for tonight’s game.

Bronx Zoo Set For Game 5
It’s going to be a packed house at Yankee Stadium tonight.
With a win in Game 4, the Yankees are still alive and have still another chance of reaching their first ALCS since 2019.
Jameson Taillon will get the start for the Bronx Bombers and will be opposed by Aaron Civale.
There’s no doubt Trevino is excited about the opportunity to play in front of the fans at Yankee Stadium for a deciding game.
The atmosphere will certainly be electric, and the Yankees will feed off of that energy tonight.
One more win and the Yankees will find themselves in the ALCS and ready for a matchup with the defending American League Champion Houston Astros.
Trevino has had a year to remember thus far, earning the Yankees’ starting catcher position and becoming an AL All-Star.
Now, here he is with a chance to go to the ALCS and compete for a spot in the World Series.
Everything is on the line tonight, and the atmosphere will be electric.
