Is there anything NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal can’t do?
The champion shows up on TV often, owns multiple businesses, and still has time for podcasts and other appearances.
And he also still DJs on the side too.
O’Neal made a musical appearance at San Francisco’s Outside Lands festival this weekend, playing under the moniker DJ Diesel.
And he had a very special guest: Golden State Warriors guard Gary Payton II.
A video shared by the Warriors on Twitter showed Payton incredibly excited to be alongside O’Neal on the stage.
And the fans loved every second of it.
In his music festival era!

Payton is clearly enjoying his time in San Francisco.
That’s good because he was actually gone from the area for a short time.
After winning the championship with the Warriors in 2021-22, Payton made his way up north to play for the Portland Trail Blazers.
But things ultimately didn’t work out up there because of injury and not fitting into the roster well.
When the Warriors got the chance, they acquired Payton again.
After a very lengthy and complicated process, he was back in the Bay Area and playing for Golden State.
Sadly he only played seven games with the squad last season but he is hoping to have a full year in 2023-24.
Payton has proven himself to be a helpful role player and an important part of the team.
That is why the fans at Outside Lands were so happy to see him.
They will be even happier to see Payton when the new season starts and he can hopefully help the team return to the Finals.
