The Golden State Warriors will be one interesting team to watch this offseason.
After getting knocked out of the playoffs by the Los Angeles Lakers it was clear the Warriors needed to improve their roster.
Winning championships is the only thing that matters for the Warriors.
But to get back to that spot they need to make some big moves.
The new man making the moves will be General Manager Mike Dunleavy Jr.
He took over the GM role for Bob Myers, who stepped away from the team.
Once Myers made his decision, the Warriors wanted to stay inside the building for their new GM.
According to Warriors on NBCS, regarding hiring Dunleavy, owner Joe Lacob said: “We believe in continuity.”

But Dunleavy is being thrown right into the fire.
The NBA Draft is on Thursday and free agency opens on June 30.
Golden State needs to be active all offseason to build a championship-level roster.
Some of the players they could look to trade are Jordan Poole and Jonathan Kuminga.
Those young players do not fit into the win-now approach the Warriors must take.
Also, the punch Draymond Green delivered to Poole was part of the reason for the Warriors’ downfall this year.
Since the Warriors want to bring Green back it might be best to move Poole elsewhere.
Dunleavy will have his hands full to begin his GM career.
Golden State may only have a few more years of prime Stephen Curry.
They must do whatever possible to bring home another title.
