The Buffalo Bills are not afraid to dish out the big bucks.
They are aware that there’s a price to pay if they want to win in the league, and they would like to lock in their window of opportunity now.
Tyreek Hill‘s transfer to the Miami Dolphins might be the opening they were looking for to take advantage of.
With their nemesis, the Kansas City Chiefs, weakened, the Bills doubled down on retaining their stars.
Buffalo did not stop at the six-year, $258 million extension they gave to quarterback Josh Allen.
Instead, they also brought in linebacker Von Miller for a six-year, $120 million deal.
Recently, Stefon Diggs joined the nine-digit club with a four-year, $104 million extension.
Miller knows what it feels to get such a deal because he already had two contracts worth at least $100 million.
But with Diggs being new to this elite group, the two-time Super Bowl champion felt the need to congratulate his teammate with an iconic scene from the movie “Jerry Maguire.”

It’s the perfect message because the 1996 film involved football.
Jerry Maguire (Tom Cruise) was a sports agent who had Rod Tidwell (Cuba Gooding Jr.) as his client.
But one of the film’s immortal scenes is Tidwell asking Maguire to shout, “Show me the money!”
That line summarizes what the Bills gave Diggs.
Buffalo’s Next Moves
After giving out massive contracts to Miller and Diggs, the Bills won’t likely add players until the draft.
Their $18 million in cap space is enough to sign their draft picks to rookie deals.
The remaining money might be used for practice squad players.
They will show the money to these athletes, but not as much compared to what their stars received.
