The Philadelphia Phillies seem to always play their best baseball in October.
For the second straight season, they are headed to the NLCS.
Also, in back-to-back years they sent the Atlanta Braves home in the NLDS.
There seems to be some magic around this team which does not appear to be wearing off anytime soon.
MLB Network released a video showing the crazy run the Phillies have had this year.
It all started last season when they fell two games short of the World Championship.
Since then, the Phillies have been on a revenge tour to try and get back to the Fall Classic and win it this time.
Consecutive NLCS appearances are hard to do, but the Phillies have found a way to pull it off.

One of the key moves the Phillies made this offseason was the signing of Trea Turner.
He had a rough start to the year and many people wondered if the signing was a mistake.
But, all Turner needed was a little encouragement to turn back into a perennial MVP candidate.
Turner has been one of the best players in baseball over the second half of the season.
He has even kept it going in the playoffs.
Getting to play in front of a fanbase like the Phillies’ gives the team a major boost.
They sit only eight wins away from the ultimate goal and get to host the upcoming NLCS.
Nobody wants to play this Phillies team right now, as the stars seem to be aligning in their favor.
