After Aaron Judge re-signed with the New York Yankees on a nine-year, $360 million contract, the team is prepared for yet another season with him and Giancarlo Stanton in the same starting lineup.
Judge earned American League MVP honors last season after hitting 62 home runs during the regular season.
That total set a new single-season record in the American League, finally breaking Roger Maris‘ record, which had stood for over six decades.
But the 2023 season is almost here, and today, both Judge and Stanton had a little fun with fans at the Yankees spring training complex.
On Twitter, the Yankees posted a video of the two stars tossing baseballs into the crowd for young fans.

Whoever ended up catching each ball has to consider themselves fortunate.
Not many people can say that they got a ball from the reigning AL MVP.
But whoever got that ball can.
Spring is in the air and baseball is back.
The time has come once again to enjoy the sights and sounds of this great game, including the screams of joy from younger fans when they receive souvenirs such as baseballs thrown to them by Judge and Stanton.
The two stars clearly made these fans’ days with their generous gifts.
But soon, they’ll be able to give fans in all walks of life the greatest gift of them all, which is the opportunity to watch some baseball for the first time in over three months.
The feeling is in the air.
Baseball is back, and the best part of the year is underway.
