The Baltimore Ravens needed to add some firepower to their receiving corps, especially if they wanted to convince Lamar Jackson to stay with the organization.
So, they didn’t hesitate to spend the big bucks to bring one of the best in the business, one-upping the New York Jets — and every other bidder — to acquire Odell Beckham Jr.’s services for the year.
The contract was been met with plenty of backlash, mockery, and skepticism, as there were several concerns about OBJs’ health and ability to stay on the field, given his history of injuries.
However, it seems like the Super Bowl champion is at full strength, as the NFL showed in a now-viral clip earlier on Monday afternoon.

The video shows OBJ making his signature one-handed catches and running routes, looking as healthy, fast, and sharp as he’s always been.
Jackson admitted that he told the Ravens to pursue Odell Beckham Jr. and/or DeAndre Hopkins, and he’ll now have the best weapon he’s ever had in the passing game.
The Ravens also added rookie Zay Flowers after an impressive tenure at Boston College, revamping their wideout corps for the first time in years.
Both Jackson and OBJ will play with a chip on their shoulders in 2023, and keeping them healthy will be key and the biggest point of emphasis for the organization this season.
The game is always better when the best are on the field, and Ravens fans will most definitely keep them in their prayers to have them on the field for a full season.
