The Los Angeles Lakers had one of the most durable players in the history of the game in Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
Now, even if he hasn’t been there for as long as Kareem was, they can brag about having another true Iron Man in LeBron James.
Following a heartbreaking end to the season and some weeks to restore and heal his body, James is already putting in the work to get ready for the upcoming campaign, as shown in a video posted by @ChrisJHoops (via NBACentral).

James will enter his 21st season in the league, one shy of Vince Carter’s record.
He’s spent more than one million per year to take care of his body and stay as durable, relevant, and dominant as per usual, and it’s definitely been worth every single penny.
James’ natural abilities and athleticism have obviously helped him stay in shape throughout the course of the years, but his preparation is second to none in professional sports.
Of course, not even LeBron James has been able to fool Father Time, and his body is catching up to him, with multiple injuries over the past couple of years.
Nonetheless, it seems like James could still perform at an elite level for at least three more seasons, and that’ll help him add to his tally as the leading scorer in the history of the league.
Now, it’s all about winning that fifth NBA championship while he’s still one of the best players in the Association.
