On Friday night, Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks scored a wildly impressive game-winning three-point shot that shocked the Minnesota Timberwolves.
One person who wasn’t shocked was Jamal Crawford, who was watching the whole game for NBA on TNT.
In the seconds before the play, Crawford was confident about how it was all going to go down.
He predicted everything about the shot, including how Doncic would kick out his leg when he let the ball fly.
Sure enough, Crawford was right and his co-hosts were shocked by his accuracy.

In some ways, no one should have been shocked by Doncic’s shot.
Again and again throughout his career, he has put up incredible baskets like this one and has always seemed to find a way to get the ball into the bucket.
He is an incredibly skilled shooter and someone who shouldn’t be counted out, especially as the clock winds down.
That is part of what makes his shot on Friday so amazing.
The Timberwolves knew that he would likely try something like that but they weren’t able to stop him.
The team’s defense should have been prepared for a buzzer-beater attempt from Doncic because he has had so many of them before.
In the end, they all just had to sit back and watch it happen.
Friday’s final second heroics from Doncic were probably the most incredible thing he’s done all year.
And it’s now put his team up 2-0 over the Timberwolves, just two wins away from reaching the NBA Finals.
It’s unlikely that Doncic will have another shot just like this one in this series.
But now Crawford won’t be the only one expecting it.
