The Dallas Cowboys have one of the largest fan bases in all of sports.
Regardless of their lack of postseason success, thousands of hopeful fans will continue to sell out tickets and be by their team’s side through thick and thin.
That was evident again a couple of hours before their home opener.
As shown by The Athletic’s Jon Machota on social media, there was a major frenzy of fans sprinting inside AT&T Stadium as soon as the doors opened.

The Cowboys are coming off a statement win over the Cleveland Browns in Week 1, so morale should be pretty high in Arlington.
The team drew plenty of criticism for the way they handled their offseason, as they didn’t make any big moves and needed until the very last second to get their star players signed to contract extensions.
Having the same roster and the same head coach they had after suffering a heartbreaking playoff loss wasn’t exactly encouraging.
Even so, it’s evident that the front office has the utmost confidence in this core of players, and they paid them back with a big win on the road to start the season.
Now, they’ll face off against a New Orleans Saints team that looked spectacular in the season opener, although it was against the ever-struggling Carolina Panthers.
The Cowboys are 6.5-point favorites ahead of this contest, and this will clearly be a better barometer to determine just how good a team they are and their legitimate playoff chances this season.
