The Tennessee Titans didn’t want to pay big money for A.J. Brown, so they let him go and traded him to the Philadelphia Eagles.
That’s why it was kind of mind-boggling to see them pay big bucks to land DeAndre Hopkins, who’s older and comes with a history of injuries.
Whatever the case, excitement seems to be at an all-time high within the organization, as made clear by a video of Hopkins arriving at training camp and finally wearing Titans threads.

It’s been a tough couple of months for the Clemson product.
The Arizona Cardinals failed to strike a deal to trade him, and no one bought their bluff when they went on the record to state that they wanted him there for the long run.
Then, multiple teams pretty much shut the door on him, citing that he didn’t have a lot left in the tank, he had lost a step, and some even raised doubts about his coachability and character.
It became evident at one point that he would either have to settle for a lesser deal to play for a contender and prove his worth or take as much money as he could get, regardless of his chances of winning a ring.
He chose the latter to sign with a team that could end up making the playoffs in a tough division, but that looks far below in terms of contention.
Will he silence the critics and prove that he’s still a superstar?
That remains to be seen.
