Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay is a certified football geek.
There’s a video of him recalling specific plays from years ago.
Now, an Instagram story by his partner, Veronika Khomyn, revealed how obsessed McVay is with the game.
He is not watching NFL Network 🤣🤣 pic.twitter.com/IKwNWzmxpW

The tweet reads, “He is not watching NFL Network” but is clearly viewing perhaps a glimpse of Super Bowl LVI which McVay won over former associate and current Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor.
But with the 2022 NFL calendar still roughly a month away, the youngest head coach to win a Super Bowl should turn his football switch off for a while and enjoy the vacation.
He did enjoy himself during the Rams’ victory parade and even asked defensive tackle Aaron Donald if he would like to run it back.
Yet even though Khomyn captioned “Finally get my man back,” it appeared as if McVay’s attention is still on football.
Watching For Entertainment
There’s no time for McVay to dissect what he did wrong during Super Bowl LVI.
After all, they won the title with an elite collection of players.
Perhaps he’s just watching to relive the moment.
The game goes fast and he was in the zone during those moments.
Now that he gets to sit down with his partner, McVay can enjoy the game’s highlights as a spectator.
He might recall what’s going through his mind during those snippets given his impeccable memory.
But he deserves to enjoy the offseason after becoming kings of the NFL.
Next year will be different because the target is on their back.
But they have a legitimate shot at winning multiple Super Bowls if they can get the entire team back and fit their salaries under the cap.
