The San Antonio Spurs and their fans must feel great about themselves right now.
Victor Wembanyama has turned a lot of heads in the preseason, and he’s been must-watch television already.
That was again on full display recently when the French star nutmegged Reggie Bullock on his way to the rim, putting the ball on the floor like a point guard and then setting his teammate up for an easy layup (via Bleacher Report).

A 7-foot-3 player shouldn’t be able to do those things.
Wembanyama can lead the break and the offense like a point guard and score from al three levels with ease.
He can stretch the floor with his three-point shooting, swat shots into the bleachers, and facilitate for others.
Wembanyama has the most unique skill set we have ever seen, becoming the one and only true unicorn.
Some are worried about his durability and rightfully so, but if he manages to avoid injuries, it wouldn’t be shocking to see him become one of the most accomplished and greatest players this game has ever seen.
His presence changes everything on defense, as players are literally scared to pull up or drive to the rim because of his long arms and defensive prowess.
Also, there’s no one in the league — except perhaps Chet Holgrem — who could even dare to challenge his shot.
He can pull up over every single defender on Earth, and while he’s not the fastest guy on the court, he only needs a couple of dribbles to go coast to coast.
