No team in NBA playoff history has ever come back from a 0-3 deficit.
The Boston Celtics were quite close to pulling it off last season when they tied things up with the Miami Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals, but they eventually fell short of that goal.
Now, the Minnesota Timberwolves will look to pull it off against the Dallas Mavericks.
Needless to say, they can’t win four games at once, so they’ll have to take it one game at a time, and while it might seem complicated, there will always be hope for as long as there is life.
With that in mind, former NBA player Udonis Haslem believes the Mavericks might be in more trouble than they want to admit.
Talking on ESPN’s Get Up, the retired big man claimed that the Timberwolves could take this series if the Mavs allow them to win another one.

The series hasn’t been a blowout by any means, and the Timberwolves were actually up late in all three of the first games before the Mavs stormed right back and took them.
It even took an epic game-winning three-pointer by Luka to get a win, so it makes sense.
The Timberwolves have the defensive prowess and talent to pull it off.
On the flip side, it’s hard to envision a team like the Mavericks losing four in a row.
Jason Kidd deserves plenty of credit for the adjustments he’s made, and we already know what Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving are capable of when put to the test.
Still, this is the NBA playoffs, and anything can happen.
