Fans of the Indiana Pacers and Sacramento Kings were shocked earlier this season when the two teams participated in a major, blockbuster trade.
The swap sent Tyrese Haliburton, Buddy Hield, and Tristan Thompson to Indiana.
Meanwhile Domantas Sabonis, Justin Holiday, and Jeremy Lamb went to Sac-Town.
A few months later, it is obvious that the Pacers got themselves a very special player with Haliburton.
Tyrese Haliburton now has two games this year with 15 assists and 0 turnovers.
No one else in the NBA has one.

He has two games this year with 15 assists and 0 turnovers.
This feat is made even more impressive by the fact that literally no one else in the NBA has done it.
Indiana’s Future
Since joining the Pacers, Haliburton has scored an average of 17.3 points and a wildly impressive 9.8 assists a game.
But there is more to him than his numbers.
He is playing the point guard role perfectly and is giving the Pacers strength, clarity, and a driving force to push them into the future.
The team needs a few other building blocks to become a competitive force in the East but Haliburton is a great start.
It’s very true that they are a long way from being as great as they could be.
Since trading for Haliburton and the others, the team is 6-17.
However, this doesn’t cancel out what he is doing in Indiana.
With a few more moves and a productive offseason, the Pacers and Haliburton could be a real threat next season.
The Kings were a mess even with Haliburton but they are surely kicking themselves for sending him away.
Haliburton is about to get a lot of time off when the Pacers’ regular season ends and he will surely use that time to perfect his game even more.
