The Miami Dolphins fell to the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday Night Football by 14 points.
This was a disappointing result for the Dolphins, who headed into this game with high expectations.
Their offense has been the most potent in the league, and for them to only score 17 points in this game was surprising.
After the loss, Tyreek Hill took to social media to talk about his performance throughout this game.
As shared via Dov Kleiman, Hill said, “Love for this team,” adding, “I’ll be better I promise.”
Tyreek Hill had a couple of rare drops today, but he posted on social media: "I'll be better I promise ✌🏿"
Hill led the team with 11 catches for 88 yards and a TD, so he did plenty, but no one can be perfect every game.pic.twitter.com/JFGfuyuad2https://t.co/7z7CF5eWNn pic.twitter.com/6aOa9i84uv

As Kleiman highlighted, Hill had several drops throughout this game, which is not typical for him.
Despite his drops, Hill was still able to put together a big game.
He finished the contest with 11 receptions for 88 yards and a touchdown, leading the Dolphins in receptions and yards.
While many receivers would be excited to post a stat line similar to Hill’s, he expects more from himself.
Before the year started, Hill made a bold claim, that he would make NFL history and put up 2,000 yards throughout the season.
He is on pace to break that record but needs to keep his foot on the gas to have any chance of making this dream a reality.
Hill has recorded 902 receiving yards through seven games.
If he wants to break this record, he will need to average over 100 yards throughout the Dolphins’ next 10 games.
As Hill chases history, his ultimate goal is to help the Dolphins win the Super Bowl.
He and the rest of his teammates will have a chance to avenge their Sunday Night Football loss next week when they take on the New England Patriots.
