The Miami Dolphins are hoping to have another successful season in year two under head coach Mike McDaniel.
They loaded up their roster with hopes of making a Super Bowl push.
Last season, the Dolphins were the final Wild Card team in the AFC.
They made it that far with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa missing four games.
He suffered two concussions last season and finding a way to stay healthy is the most important thing.
Tua has spent the entire offseason looking for a way to become more durable.
One thing he has done is practice jiu-jitsu.
That has taught him ways to hit the ground better by protecting his head.
Also, you can see by looking at Tua that he has added muscle to help him withstand more hits.
Yet, NFL analyst Ryan Clark called out Tua saying: “He wasn’t in the gym, I bet you that.”
Tagovailoa did not take kindly to those comments saying: “I would appreciate it if you kept my name out of your mouth,” via Ari Meirov.

Tagovailoa was a great player when on the field last season.
He threw for 3,548 yards and 25 touchdowns with only eight interceptions.
Also, he finished ninth in NFL MVP voting.
The Dolphins have a chance to make serious noise in the AFC this year.
Their offense is explosive with Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle as one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL.
It will be fun to see what this team is capable of when fully healthy.
