The Boston Celtics made a huge financial investment this offseason.
They signed Jaylen Brown to the largest contract in NBA history, and he’s set to make $304 million over the course of the next five years.
Needless to say, that decision came with plenty of mockery and criticism, as Brown is a very good player, but not the kind of superstar that could be worth that much money.
With that in mind, and following a subpar and disappointing end to last season, the University of California product has been going harder than ever in the gym and his offseason workouts, as shared by top trainer Letal Shooter on Twitter.

Notably, shooting hasn’t exactly been a flaw for Brown.
Of course, every minor improvement in his shooting technique could have a massive impact on his team next season, especially considering he wouldn’t be so dependent on his drives, where he tends to struggle at times.
The biggest concern with Brown is his subpar ball-handling, which often leads to turnovers, especially when doubled team or forced to become a playmaker.
Whatever the case, he’ll be judged by the amount of money he’s set to make from now on, and that’s why fans are more than likely going to be critical of him every time he sets foot on the court.
