The MLB playoffs are down to the final four teams.
The AL and NLCS are setting up to be a pair of very competitive series.
One thing about the MLB is that the best team does not always win.
The 111-win Dodgers are already out of the playoffs with two wild-card teams in the NLCS.
Each of these teams has star players that can help them win a World Series.
While pitchers are exciting, fans do not get to see them every day.
Especially in a playoff series, position players have a chance to make their mark on each game.
Without further ado, here are the three most exciting MLB players left in the playoffs.
Manny Machado, San Diego Padres
No one thought the San Diego Padres would be able to beat the Mets and Dodgers to make the NLCS.
But, that is what is great about playoff baseball.
One big reason for the Padres’ success is Manny Machado.
He is one of the most exciting players left in the playoffs because of what he can do at the plate and on the field.

So far this postseason, Machado is batting .306 with three home runs, six RBIs, and an OPS of 1.014.
He had his best season as a Padre this year and he continues to play gold-glove-caliber defense.
Machado is must-see TV as he seemingly has a key moment in every game.
Bryce Harper, Philadelphia Phillies
When talking about exciting MLB players it is hard to not mention Bryce Harper.
Especially with how he has played in the postseason.
Harper is hitting .419 with four home runs, seven RBIs, and 13 hits in eight games.
His postseason is one of the best by an individual player in recent history.
most consecutive games with at least 1 extra-base hit, single postseason:
2022 Bryce Harper: 7
2004 Carlos Beltrán: 7

Even though he can not play the field due to injury, his bat alone is why everyone comes to see him play.
As the Phillies head home for games 3-5, watch Harper put on a show.
Aaron Judge, New York Yankees
The best player in Major League Baseball this year has to be on the list.
After hitting 63 home runs in the regular season, Judge will once again have to carry the Yankees through the ALCS.
While his bat has struggled to get going in the playoffs, Judge continues to do his part in right field

As he chased Roger Maris‘ home-run record, Judge became the face of baseball.
Now we get to see if he can cap off his magical season with a World Series ring.
