It is always interesting to think about what each NFL team would look like if they were able to do a re-draft.
NFL Draft guru Todd McShay recently released his 2024 NFL re-draft via “The McShay Show” on Wednesday.
In his re-draft, he immediately made the move to choose a new quarterback at No. 1 overall.
“Jayden Daniels would be the first overall pick,” McShay said.

Not only did McShay roll with Daniels at No.1 overall, but he decided to send quarterback Drake Maye to the Washington Commanders, Caleb Williams to the New England Patriots, and Bo Nix to the New York Giants.
Of course, it is easy to make these calls now when you see what these players are doing in their current situations.
Daniels could be a long-term star in the league.
As a rookie, he has guided the Commanders to 10 wins.
Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears are 4-11, but Williams has shown strides as a rookie in a tough situation (19 touchdowns, 5 interceptions).
Drake Maye has shown off his talent in spurts for the Patriots.
But if it weren’t for Daniels, Bo Nix would be stealing headlines for what he has done in Denver with Sean Payton and the Broncos (26 total touchdowns).
In the end, it is only the rookie year for these players.
Only time will reveal how each player develops in the league, but it’s possible that some Bears fans may regret not drafting Daniels.
