The Tennesee Titans have been one of the most surprising teams of the NFL offseason.
They weren’t necessarily expected to make several moves when the offseason period began, but it was quickly made clear that they were in the market to improve their team in a big way.
They have added several marquee players, including Calvin Ridley, Tony Pollard, Chidobe Awuzie, and L’Jarius Sneed.
According to Jim Wyatt’s report, after these moves, Titans GM Ran Carthon spoke about what he and his team have been able to do.
“We came in with a structured plan to start, and I think from a target standpoint, we hit on those targets pretty good,” Carthon said.

Carthon believes that he and the other decision-makers within the organization had a plan, and because they stuck to it, they were successful.
Sneed was viewed as one of the most intriguing options on the board, and the fact that the Titans landed him says a lot.
He has won two Super Bowls with the Kansas City Chiefs, and while that team has had great success, he seemingly wanted to see what kind of legacy he could continue with the Titans.
The Titans saw D’Andre Hopkins choose them during last year’s free agency period, so they aren’t strangers to receiving high-caliber talent during this time.
They might have missed the playoffs last year, but with all of their newest additions, there’s reason to believe that the Titans could be a force to be reckoned with in the 2024 season.
