The Green Bay Packers will hit the road for a rematch with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Nick Sirianni’s team got a close win when the teams met in Brazil to open the regular season.
Now, oddsmakers don’t expect this NFL wild-card playoff game to be that close, with the line shifting more toward the favorites.
“Eagles now favored by 5.5 points against the Packers after opening up as 3.5-point home favorites,” Brandon Lee Gowton of Bleeding Green wrote on X.

Notably, this all has to do with Jalen Hurts’ availability.
There was some uncertainty regarding the quarterback’s status for this game, but now that he’s been cleared to play after clearing the concussion protocol, the Eagles will have their offense at full strength.
Of course, the Packers arguably have an edge at quarterback with Jordan Love, but having Hurts is a huge boost for the home team.
The Packers have played a good brand of football this season, and most people would agree that Matt LaFleur is a better head coach than Sirianni.
Nevertheless, Green Bay also failed to get the job done against Super Bowl contenders, getting off to slow starts before closing the gap late in games.
It’s never easy to win in the playoffs, much less on the road and in a place like Philadelphia.
Whatever the case, one thing to be sure of is that this will be one of the most exciting games to watch in the playoffs, and though oddsmakers clearly favor the home side, anything could happen.
