2023 has not been a good season for the New York Yankees.
Picked by many to win the American League East, the Yankees have fallen on hard times as they sit with a record of 61-66.
In fact, they lost a tough a game on Thursday despite both Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton hitting home runs.
Still, the Yankees own a very impressive mark when the two of them go deep.
Including postseason games, the Yankees own a record of 30-4 when the two of them homer in the same game.
The four losses came in the 2021 Field of Dreams Game, Game 2 of a doubleheader in Texas last season when Judge hit his 62nd homer, April 14 of this year, and yesterday’s game.
Sarah Langs pointed out these interesting numbers on Twitter.

A concerning fact for the Yankees is that two of the four losses have come this year.
Still, when both of these sluggers are right, the Yankees are a completely different team.
Judge has been on the injured list twice this season, while Stanton continues to struggle with his health as well.
In fact, Stanton is only hitting .204 on the season.
Judge is the reigning American League MVP after a truly remarkable 2022 campaign which saw him break Roger Maris’ single-season American League homer record.
Both stars have seemingly gone in opposite directions in terms of production.
However, when they are both right and both of them hit home runs in the same game, the Yankees have performed like a much different ballclub.NEXT: MLB Insiders Discuss Yankees GM's Offseason Outlook
