After losing Aaron Judge in their series opener against the Texas Rangers, the New York Yankees appear to have fallen on hard times.
The Bronx Bombers lost the next three games of their series in Texas and have now fallen to 15-14 on the season.
To make matters worse, they now sit at the bottom of the American League East division.
Understandably, Yankees fans are a little bit concerned with the current state of affairs.
On Twitter, one Yankees fan posted a screenshot of the current standings in the AL East, which show the Yankees at the bottom of the pack, tied in last place with the Boston Red Sox.

If there’s one silver lining, it’s that the Yankees are still over the .500 mark and every team in the AL East has a winning record, which ultimately goes to show just how competitive the division is.
And to be fair, the Yankees were playing a solid team in the new-look Rangers.
However, last place is unfamiliar territory for the Bronx Bombers, who typically find themselves no worse than second place in any given year.
Last season, the Yankees won 99 games and captured their first AL East title since 2019.
They reached the ALCS and were swept by the eventual World Series champion Houston Astros.
New York has also dealt with more than their fair share of injuries.
While there is no official word on Judge and his hip discomfort, they are currently without Harrison Bader, Giancarlo Stanton, and several key pitchers including Carlos Rodon and Luis Severino.
