The Tampa Bay Rays have been off to a red-hot start this season.
After winning just 86 games and barely sneaking into the postseason last year, the Rays busted out of the gates in 2023, winning their first 13 games.
Though that streak was ultimately snapped, the Rays continued their dominance.
They still own the best record in all of baseball and now find themselves with a 26-6 record.
In fact, with their historic start, they have joined an elite list of teams who have won 26 or more games through their first 32 of the season.
MLB Network posted a graphic featuring the list of teams who have accomplished that feat and where the Rays rank among them.

The 1984 Detroit Tigers started off 27-5 and went on to win the World Series.
The 1911 Tigers and 1902 Pittsburgh Pirates also started off with a record of 27-5.
This year’s Rays are tied with the 1939 New York Yankees, the 1928 Yankees, and the 1907 Chicago Cubs.
Needless to say, the Rays are in some elite company.
They’ve gotten strong performances from almost every star on their roster.
Randy Arozarena, Yandy Diaz, Brandon Lowe, Isaac Paredes, and Wander Franco have all produced quite well for the Rays.
Their pitching has also been impressive.
Zach Eflin and Shane McClanahan have both pitched well to lead the rotation.
Drew Rasmussen has also been no slouch.
The Rays are simply firing on all cylinders and are winning at an impressive rate.
They’ll open up a series this weekend against the New York Yankees on Friday night.
