With the NFL Draft already in the history books, not many veteran free agents are still up for grabs around the league.
With that in mind, the Las Vegas Raiders are hosting one of the best guys available at the cornerback position, bringing in veteran Marcus Peters for a visit on Monday.
Per Vic Tafur of The Athletic via Ari Meirov, the Raiders will meet with the Pro Bowler at some point in the afternoon, looking to strengthen that big area of need.
Former #Ravens CB Marcus Peters is on a free agent visit today with the Las Vegas Raiders, per @VicTafur. His first reported visit this offseason.

The 30-year-old has made 104 appearances throughout the course of his career.
He was the NFL’s Defensive Rookie of the Year with the Kansas City Chiefs before taking his talents to the Los Angeles Rams and the Baltimore Ravens.
Production has never been an issue for him.
However, he’s struggled to stay on the field as of late, even missing the entire 2021 campaign with an injury.
Even so, he’s still managed to sit near the top in terms of forcing turnovers, piling up 32 interceptions in just seven years in the league.
Peters could be a seamless fit for Patrick Graham’s defensive scheme and would be an immediate upgrade at the outside CB spot.
The Ravens haven’t shut down the possibility of bringing him back for another year, as he’s coming off making 13 starts with 47 tackles, one sack, one pick, and two fumble recoveries in 2022.
He might not be available if they continue to play the waiting game on him, though, as the Raiders could definitely use a veteran ballhawk like him.
