Philadelphia fans are some of the most intense in professional sports, not just baseball.
However, they are also extremely loyal.
A couple of weeks ago, Philadelphia Phillies fans showed the struggling Trea Turner their love and support in the stadium as he went to bat, and he thanked them with an ad.
They support their team through thick and thin, and the perfect proof of that is a list that Codify Baseball put together via Twitter.

On average, the Phillies have augmented their attendance to games this season with 10,293 additional fans.
They are the only team that experience an increase of over 10,000 supporters.
A few factors have combined to make this happen.
One, the team just went to the World Series last year against all odds: supporters saw a potential championship-caliber squad in Philadelphia.
Two, they added the dynamic Turner to their already impressive core of Bryce Harper, Nick Castellanos, Kyle Schwarber, J.T. Realmuto, Zack Wheeler, Aaron Nola, and others.
And three, as stated, Philly fans are known for their loyalty and passion.
They call it the City of Brotherly Love for a reason.
People are friendly, passionate, and love sports.
They love their city and are really proud of their team.
With a 68-57 record, Philadelphia owns the first Wild Card in the National League and looks likely to make the postseason once again.
After acquiring Turner in the offseason and difference-makers like Michael Lorenzen for their rotation at the deadline, they looked primed to make another deep postseason run.
Fans won’t miss it for the world.
