There’s a lot of pressure for the 2023 New England Patriots.
Everybody expected some growing pains following the post-Tom Brady era, but team owner Robert Kraft isn’t a patient man, and he wants to go back to his winning ways right now.
With that in mind, a former Super Bowl champion and somewhat of a team legend, Julian Edelman, decided to pay the team a visit during training camp, per NBC Sports Boston.

Edelman sure knows a thing or two about getting ready for the season, and he could be a nice inspiration for a team that desperately needs some motivation and a big punch to get over the hump once and for all.
After three years without a single playoff win to show for it, even Bill Belichick’s job seems to be in jeopardy right now.
Kraft made it clear that he’ll only keep Belichick around if the team starts winning again, and he couldn’t care less about his record for most wins as an NFL coach, which is still in reach.
Mac Jones also entered the year with plenty of question marks over his head.
And while it doesn’t sound like Bailey Zappe is a legit threat to take his job from him in the foreseeable future, it wouldn’t be crazy to think they could look to get another quarterback in the offseason if Jones struggles again.
