The Brooklyn Nets are currently in the midst of a rebuilding process that could be very pivotal to their future.
Since losing Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, the front office has been deciding which direction they want to go in.
Right now, it looks like their approach will be to sign stars that other teams have given up on and give them a second chance.

Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported that the Nets are signing a deal with free agent center Nerlens Noel.
Once a buyout process is complete with the Detroit Pistons, Noel will add his size and experience to Brooklyn’s bench.
ESPN later reported that the deal with Noel is a 10-day contract.
In the NBA, teams can offer players two consecutive 10-day contracts before they have to decide if they want to keep them or cut them loose.
Therefore, the next ten days will be very important for Noel and he will try to prove he is worth a longer deal.
Noel has bounced around the NBA throughout his career, which started during the 2014-15 season.
He was actually drafted the season before that but didn’t play in the league during his first year because of a knee injury that kept him sidelined.
He first played for the Philadelphia 76ers and then moved on to the Dallas Mavericks, Oklahoma City Thunder, New York Knicks, and finally the Pistons.
Noel has received high praise for his defensive abilities but his inability to stay healthy has always held him back.
However, it appears as if he is fully healed and ready to play again.
Will he become a permanent part of this new-look Nets?
