The NBA might be more talented and competitive than it ever has been.
There are so many amazing players populating the league right now that you can see MVP-caliber performances every single night of the week.
But of course, some players rise above the others in the league and there are a few dominating in the most important statistics.

Two players having unbelievably good seasons right now are Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks and Anthony Davis of the Los Angeles Lakers.
Right now they are the only players in the top ten for both points per game and rebounds per game too.
Antetokounmpo is putting up 31.8 points and 11.2 rebounds a game while Davis is averaging 28.6 points, and 12.8 rebounds (a league high).
Both of these guys are NBA champions so, on one hand, it’s not surprising to see them both do so well.
At the same time, few people expected to see Davis dominating like this.
Return Of The Brow
We all thought Antetokounmpo would have a terrific season.
In fact, he was considered a favorite for MVP before the season started and he’s still firmly in the running for that prize.
Antetokounmpo repeatedly said he was going to play with a renewed sense of purpose this season and he’s done exactly that.
As for Davis, he is finally making good on his own promises – ones he’s been making for years.
He is playing better than he has in a long time and is on track to have his best season yet if he keeps it up.
Both Antetokounmpo and Davis are currently showing why the league is being run and mastered by the big guys.
