The game will get underway at 7:07 p.m. Eastern Time and will air on TBS.
The Guardians will send right-hander Aaron Civale to the mound for the decisive Game 5, while the Yankees will counter with Jameson Taillon.
Clearly, neither team has their ace on the mound in what is expected to be a bullpen game for both sides.
Just a few hours ahead of first pitch, both teams have submitted their final lineup cards.
Barring any last-minute changes, this is who both sides will have going for Game 5 tonight.

A Look At Both Lineups
The Guardians lineup looks exactly the same as it did in Game 4.
Rookie sensation Steven Kwan will be at the top, followed by Amed Rosario.
The heart of the order will consist of Jose Ramirez, Josh Naylor, and Oscar Gonzalez, who had the game-winning hit in Game 3.
The bottom four will consist of Andres Gimenez, Gabriel Arias, Austin Hedges, and Myles Straw.
The Yankees lineup will also look exactly the same as it did in Game 4.
Gleyber Torres, Aaron Judge, and Anthony Rizzo will be the first three in the Yankee batting order.
The 4-6 spots will consist of Giancarlo Stanton, Josh Donaldson, and Oswaldo Cabrera, who homered in Game 3 along with Judge and Harrison Bader.
Bader, who has hit three home runs in the first four games of this series, will bat seventh, with Jose Trevino and Aaron Hicks rounding out the final two spots.
This should be an exciting game.
Everything is on the line.
The winner of this series will advance to play the Houston Astros in the ALCS.
