The Memphis Grizzlies once again had another disappointing finish to their season.
Entering the playoffs as the second seed in the West, they were expected to at least make the conference finals.
Yet, the Grizzlies were knocked out in the first round by the Los Angeles Lakers.
Memphis is expected to make a plethora of changes this offseason, including moving on from one key player.
According to Shams Charania, the Grizzlies will not be re-signing forward Dillon Brooks.
The Memphis Grizzlies have informed pending free agent Dillon Brooks that he will not be brought back under any circumstances, league sources say.

Brooks has turned into one of the villains of the NBA over the past few years.
He is known for talking way too much trash, and that motivates teams to make Brooks look foolish.
Brooks has been a detriment to the Grizzlies over the years.
He is a poor offensive player, as he is very inefficient.
Last season, Brooks shot 39.6% from the field, and 32.6% from three.
He was even worse against the Lakers, as in six games he shot 31.2% from the field and 23.8% from three.
It is a surprise the Grizzlies kept him on the floor for 27.8 minutes per game with how bad he was on offense.
His play is not good enough to put up with all the extracurricular stuff he adds to the team.
That is one of the main reasons why Memphis will move on from him.
It will be interesting to see which team is willing to take a chance on Brooks in free agency.
He might not have much of a market due to the negative persona around him.
