You can sum up the final seconds of Wednesday night’s Golden State Warriors-Utah Jazz game with one single word: wow.
With that word, you can touch upon what the fanbases for both teams were feeling.
However, fans of the Jazz were saying an elated “wow” while fans of the Warriors were saying a shocked and heartbroken “wow.”
This was a conclusion that had to be seen to be believed.

The Warriors led 113-109 with 13.3 seconds left after Jordan Poole sank his free throws.
Then Malik Beasley was able to put up a three-point with just 7.8 seconds on the clock.
On the next play, the Warriors inbounded to Poole but the ball was stripped from him by Utah’s Nickeil Alexander-Walker and Kelly Olynyk.
With just four seconds left, Beasley found Simone Fontecchio, who dunked the ball and gave the Jazz a one-point lead – and the win.
The crowd went wild, stunned by the victory and the complete collapse of the Warriors in the dying seconds.
This was a well-earned, exciting win that will be talked about for a long time, no matter how the rest of the season goes for the Jazz.
What A Win
The Warriors, who were playing without Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Andrew Wiggins, had come to a four-point lead over the Jazz after trailing by 12 earlier in the game.
This was the latest road loss for the reigning champions and was definitely the most painful.
Klay Thompson took the blame for losing Beasley and allowing him to make the three-pointer that set everything off.
“I just fell asleep,” he said after the game.
The Jazz have slid down the standings in the West recently but they still have a lot of fight and a can-do spirit.
The Warriors just learned that the hard way.
