The Arizona Diamondbacks have been one of Major League Baseball’s biggest surprises this season.
After an 88-loss season, the Diamondbacks had a busy offseason, but still were not expected to make a ton of noise.
However, Arizona now owns the second-best record in the National League at 44-29 after a 9-1 blowout win over the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field.
In fact, the D-Backs own an impressive mark this season.
The Toronto Blue Jays and Pittsburgh Pirates were both shut out last night.
That now leaves the D-Backs as the only team in baseball this season to not yet be shut out.
FOX Sports posted this interesting fact on Twitter.

Arizona has proven to be a very dangerous team this season.
After losing 88 games last season, they added some key pieces in Evan Longoria, Andrew Chafin, Gabriel Moreno, and Lourdes Gurriel Jr.
Young stars such as Corbin Carroll, Josh Rojas, Geraldo Perdomo, and others have also helped carry the load for the D-Backs along the way this season.
Arizona now leads the NL West by 3.5 games over the red-hot San Francisco Giants and 4.5 over the slumping Los Angeles Dodgers.
The D-backs are fifth in all of baseball in runs scored with 378, trailing only the Dodgers, Atlanta Braves, Tampa Bay Rays, and Texas Rangers.
They also have the third-best team batting average in baseball with a .264 mark.
2023 has been a banner season for Arizona so far, and they’ll look to continue winning games and staking their claim in the NL West.
