The Indianapolis Colts already have a prized rookie, but they’re not done looking for talent.
They signed a somewhat familiar face in Tyler Adams, who thrived at Butler after transferring from Harvard.
NFL insider Aaron Wilson confirmed the news, and Colts fans might be thrilled to know they got a hard-working new piece.
He’s not exactly the biggest player at the WR position, standing at 5-foot-11, 195 pounds, but that hasn’t been an issue for him in his collegiate career.

He excelled at Harvard’s Pro Day and put himself on the radar of NFL scouts after logging in 39 passes for 689 yards and five scores in his lone season with the Butler Bulldogs.
Butler was reportedly quite impressive during the rookie minicamp, and that wasn’t much of a surprise.
He ran the 40-yard dash in just 4.42 seconds, the 3-cone drill in 7.23 seconds, and the short shuttle in 4.53 seconds, which are borderline elite numbers for a guy in his position.
Adams had a bright future ahead of him at Harvard, logging 18 receptions for 278 yards and three scores and adding six rushes for 131 yards and a touchdown in his sophomore year in 2018, but injuries derailed that promising start to his collegiate career.
Then, he thrived at Butler and will now get to stay close to what was his home for the past year.
The Colts don’t have the most prolific WR corps right now, so he might have a chance to contribute right out of the gate with fellow rookie Anthony Richardson throwing darts.
