The Arizona Cardinals recently traded for wide receiver Robbie Anderson.
His lasting image during his final game with the Carolina Panthers was his tirade against receivers coach Joe Dailey.
Apparently, the trade came in perfect time because Marquise Brown is set to miss some playing time.
Some good news for #AZCardinals WR Hollywood Brown: Following the MRI, his foot isn’t as bad as was initially thought. It’s a small, non-surgical fracture, source said. Recovery time is about 6 weeks. He’s getting a second opinion from Dr. Robert Anderson before moving forward.

NFL Network national insider Ian Rapoport tweeted, “Some good news for #AZCardinals WR Hollywood Brown: Following the MRI, his foot isn’t as bad as was initially thought. That’s a tough break, especially with the Cardinals at 2-4.
Kyler Murray will need all the targets he can have, and losing Brown will be a big deal because he has been a consistent performer for Arizona.
He has 485 yards and three touchdowns through six games, making him the team’s top receiver while DeAndre Hopkins was out.
But despite his efforts, the Cardinals have lost three of their last four games.
Still, there is some sense of optimism for the Cardinals because Brown can still come back, and Hopkins is set to return.
Cardinals’ Problems On Offense
The Cardinals average 19 points per game despite the level of talent they have on offense.
They are also at the bottom half in passing yards with 226.7 per game.
Aside from Brown, they also have Rondale Moore and tight end Zach Ertz.
Arizona hopes that Brown can return and help them clinch a playoff berth.
But that’s easier said than done, especially now they are two games below .500.
The Cardinals will face the New Orleans Saints in Week 7 and the Minnesota Vikings in Week 8.
