The Cleveland Browns will have a brand new look in 2023, and we’re not talking just about their offense.
Three weeks ago, the team started a campaign to revamp the Dawg Pound logo, asking the fans to submit their designs.
The designs with the most votes would join a pool with three designs from local artists, and, again, the fans would get to decide the winner.
Notably, this isn’t the first time they have done something like that, as they also got their diehard supporters to vote for their midfield logo last season, with a modern version of ‘Brownie the Elf’ getting the nod.

Now, the Browns have shared the five finalists to be the new Dawg Pound logo, and they’re all quite solid.
For those who don’t know, the Dawg Pound is the name of the fan section at Cleveland Browns Stadium, coined in the mid-80s.
It has been a part of the team’s and fandom’s identity for decades now, with the Mastiff as their signature ‘Dawg.’
There are plenty of reasons to look forward to next season if you’re a Browns fan, as they’re going to great lengths to be one of the driving forces in the AFC.
Jim Schwartz’s arrival as their new Defensive Coordinator could do wonders for their struggling defense, and they’ve made plenty of additions to be much better against the run.
But obviously, all eyes will be set on Deshaun Watson now that he’ll have a full season to showcase his skills in Ohio.
