In a top MLB organization like the Houston Astros, the coaches and player development staff are just as important as the players themselves.
They understand that these workers have the knowledge and expertise to change a player’s career for the good.
Part of the Astros’ recent success can be attributed to the coaching staff, and they just got some good news to share to fans.

With the Astros, he filled a variety of roles through the years, mainly as a manager of advance scouting and a coordinator of Major League advance information.
He is more than prepared for his new role, where he will be, at least theoretically, more in contact with the coaching staff, the manager, and the players.
The Astros are trying to make sure to organize their human resources in the best possible way to make another run at the World Series in 2023.
