The 2022 MLB rookie class has been one of the most exciting batches of rookies to watch in a very long time.
With names such as Spencer Strider, Michael Harris II, Julio Rodriguez, and Adley Rutschman making their debuts this season, the youth movement is on in Major League Baseball with a ton of excitement and hype surrounding these great young ballplayers.
Players such as Brendan Donovan and Oneil Cruz have also put together solid seasons.
But this may be the best rookie class in over two decades.
In fact, eight of the top nine rookies in all of baseball this season by WAR will be appearing in the postseason.
Rutschman is the odd man out here.
this is wild and I didn’t know any of it before this weekend:

Welcome To The Show!
This is an extremely exciting rookie class.
So many great young ballplayers have burst onto the scene and shown the baseball world what they can do out on the field.
The youth movement is on, and the next generation of great baseball players has arrived.
But things get even more exciting when eight of the top nine rookies by WAR will appear in the postseason.
That means we get a full extra month with these rising young stars and a chance to see what they can do on the biggest stage, when the lights are shining the brightest.
Who wouldn’t want to see Strider starting Game 7 of the World Series?
Who wouldn’t want to see Rodriguez be the next player to hit three home runs in a World Series game?
The possibilities are endless with this batch of stars.
Great things await us this October, and it’s going to be a lot of fun to watch these young studs in action.
