The NFL has turned into a passing league where the teams with the best quarterbacks will succeed.
But also having elite pass catchers is vital to any successful offense.
There are many teams with elite wide receiver duos, so ranking them has become difficult.
But Stephen A. Smith has no problem picking the best WR duo headed into the 2023 season.
Smith went down to Miami where we find Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle of the Dolphins.
That is who Stephen A. chose as the best tandem in the sport, via First Take.

It is hard to argue with that pick.
Both Hill and Waddle proved last year how dominant they can be.
Hill was arguably the best wide receiver in the NFL, catching 119 passes for 1,710 and seven touchdowns.
Both Hill and Waddle are big-play threats.
You can throw them a five-yard pass and watch them take it 50 yards for a touchdown.
Waddle led the NFL in yards per reception last year with 18.1.
It is incredible what these two players can do with the ball in their hands.
The Dolphins could be a team that surprises some people this upcoming season.
As long as Tua Tagovailoa can stay healthy, the Dolphins will have a fighting chance in the AFC East.
Tua has not played a full season in his three-year NFL career.
Last season, he suffered two concussions, forcing him to miss four games plus their playoff game.
Miami will not be competitive without Tagovailoa, so his health will be the difference in them making the playoffs or not.
