The Buffalo Bills have put up back-to-back incredible offensive displays.
Their defense hasn’t been as good against explosive plays over the past couple of weeks, but Josh Allen has been the best payer in all of football, and it hasn’t even been close.
In the past two games, Allen has had five passing touchdowns and five rushing touchdowns.
The Bills have scored over 40 points in back-to-back weeks, and he’s accounted for over 700 total yards, all while not turning the ball over.
Even so, when asked whether he was scarier than Patrick Mahomes, Stephen A. Smith respectfully disagreed.
On Monday’s edition of ESPN’s “First Take,” the controversial pundit tipped his hat to Allen and gave him his flowers, but he still thinks that Mahomes is the scariest quarterback in the league in a one-possession game.

He pointed out that Allen is 5-5 in the playoffs, adding that he still needs to prove to him that he can get the job done when it matters the most.
Granted, that makes some sense, and Mahomes has earned the right to be the most frightening sight in all of football.
Then again, even if Allen has failed to beat him in the playoffs three times, he’s been spectacular in all those losses.
Like it or not, Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the league right now.
