The Golden State Warriors have seen their fair share of ups and downs during the 2023-24 NBA season.
As a result, the Warriors currently have a 6-4 record following their most recent loss against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Warriors have now lost three out of their last four matchups in the regular season.
But one silver lining for the Warriors is Stephen Curry’s great start to the season.
In fact, according to NBA on ESPN on Twitter, Stephen Curry became the oldest player in NBA history to average at least 30.0 points per game in the first 10 games of a season.

Looking at Curry’s stats, he has put up 30.0 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game for the Warriors so far this season.
He’s also shooting a solid 49.5% from the field and 45.2% from the three-point line.
Taking Curry’s numbers into consideration, the Warriors should be winning games easily, but that’s far from the truth.
So much so that no player other than Stephen Curry has scored more than 20 points even once during the 2023-24 season.
Stephen Curry is 35 years old, and he’s carrying the team on his shoulders.
But considering his age, it could be indeed too much to ask from Curry for a prolonged period of time.
If the Warriors want to keep their hopes of winning the 2024 NBA Championship alive, other players on the roster need to step up and help their superstar player.
Will the Warriors players finally help Curry in the scoring department, or will the veteran point guard remain alone? Only time will tell.
