James Harden of the Philadelphia 76ers has done a lot during his time in the NBA.
But has he done more than Michael Jordan?
According to ClutchPoints, via ESPN, he has in one aspect.
Harden has already made more free throws in his career than Jordan ever did.

This is impressive for a number of reasons.
Harden has done this within 14 years in the league, while Jordan added up his total after 15.
Secondly, Jordan was considered perhaps the best basketball player alive for much of his career, which meant he had a huge target on his back.
One would think that would lead to more fouls and more free throws, yet Harden – while still very talented and celebrated – has outdone him.
Of course, Harden has made getting to the line one of his many skills over the years.
He was known as one of the players to commit the most flops before NBA regulations cracked down on that.
Additionally, he relies on three-point shots a lot so when he is fouled from downtown, he receives another shot at the line.
There are in fact multiple reasons why Harden has more free throws than Jordan ever did.
Now the question is where he will be making these shots in the upcoming season.
As everyone knows, Harden is attempting to move away from the Sixers.
Reports say that he wants to end up with the Los Angeles Clippers but a trade to that team has been slow-going.
Therefore, he might continue to build upon his impressive free throw total in Philadelphia when the new season begins.
