Nikola Jokic has made history in the playoffs, and not just with the Denver Nuggets.
The Serbian big man continues to establish himself as one of the most dominant forces in the game right now, dominating left and right, and proving to be the greatest passing center of all time already.
That’s why StatMuse wanted to point out just how dominant and efficient he’s been in Game 3s in this playoff run ahead of the third game of the NBA Finals vs. the Miami Heat.

Jokic has averaged 24.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, and 12.3 assists per game on 56.9% from the floor and 50.0% from beyond the arc in Game 3s this postseason, and only Magic Johnson and LeBron James have logged more triple-doubles than him in this scenario.
Jokic is averaging a triple-double for the playoffs, already topping Wilt Chamberlain for the most triple-doubles in a single postseason run.
He led the Nuggets to the NBA Finals for the first time in franchise history, and one could argue that he’s already made a case for being considered the greatest player to ever suit up for them.
Of course, none of that will matter if the Nuggets head back home empty-handed in this series.
They were the most consistent team in the Western Conference all season long, and they simply cannot afford to drop the ball against the No. 8-seeded Heat.
That’s why they’ll need their best player to keep his A-game up, as they’re just three wins away from their very first title.
